We would prefer that you are, that way you can see the end result right away. But, if you are unable to be present, we can absolutely do the cleaning. We do not need access to the actual house.
Yes! After cleaning and inspecting your grill, we’ll inform you of our findings. If requested, we can provide a repair and parts estimate at no additional charge.

For most clients, we recommend quarterly cleanings. However, if you use your grill less frequently, once or twice a year may suffice.
